By engaging BuildNestHub for design, development or consulting services, you agree to the terms below.
Scope of work
Every project begins with a written scope covering deliverables, milestones and timelines. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it starts.
Payments
Projects run on a milestone basis, typically an advance to begin and the balance before final deployment. All prices exclude GST unless stated otherwise.
Timelines
Estimated timelines assume timely feedback, content and approvals from your side. Delays in inputs shift delivery dates accordingly.
Revisions
Each package includes a defined number of design and development revision rounds. Additional rounds or direction changes are billed at our standard rate.
Intellectual property
On full payment, ownership of the delivered source code and designs transfers to you. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
Third-party services
Domains, hosting, paid APIs, plugins and app store fees are billed at cost and remain subject to their providers' terms.
Support and maintenance
Each plan includes a post-launch support window for bug fixes. Ongoing maintenance, feature additions and retainers are available as separate agreements.
Cancellation
Either party may cancel with written notice. Fees for completed milestones are non-refundable, and any unstarted milestone balance is returned.
Limitation of liability
BuildNestHub' liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the affected project milestone. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
